On your computer

The checkup reads computer health information and the personal folders it can access. You choose and confirm changes. File contents are not uploaded by the checkup.

Your subscription

Stripe handles checkout and payment details. This service stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, hashes of access credentials, and a randomly generated installation identifier to enforce one computer per subscription. Short-lived browser cookies let you return from checkout and manage your subscription. Network addresses are hashed for rate limiting.

Optional assistant

If you use the app’s chat, messages and a limited system summary are sent to its configured assistant service. File contents and paths are excluded from automatic summaries. Anything you type in a message is sent with that message.

Before launch

The final privacy policy, operator details, support contact, and retention policy will be added before paid subscriptions open.
